Carragher analyses the future of three key Liverpool players as their contracts expire in the middle of next year.

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has admitted that he is concerned that three key players of the Reds. Mohamed Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk, have not yet signed new contracts.

Carragher said: “With Trent, I don’t really know what’s going to happen, but I’m sure Liverpool will make him one of the highest-paid players, maybe the highest-paid player at the สมัคร ufabet club and in the Premier League. That’s what he should be getting.”

“He’s a great talent. It depends on whether he’s looking for a new challenge because I’m sure the top clubs will be looking at him. The other two, Liverpool, could be released and go somewhere else, but I think it’s hard to find a better place than Liverpool in terms of their chances of winning the Champions League at the moment.”

“I might be wrong, but I don’t think Real Madrid will look at Salah or Van Dijk. It’s not because they’re not good enough, it’s because of their age. I think Madrid are looking at Trent. There are rumours about that, so I’m not very comfortable.”

“Listen, you get less and less confident as time goes by. The club wants nothing more than to announce that these three players have signed new contracts. No one wants this to get out of control or drag on too long, so the longer it takes, the less confident I am that we will see all three of them in the squad next season.”
